Apply for Fire Safety Fund

The Electrical Safety Council (ESC) is offering up to £5K per application for local fire and rescue services, trading standards teams and other community safety bodies to support electrical-related fire prevention schemes.

The total fund amounts to £140,000.

As part of the ESC’s ongoing commitment to reduce electrical-related fires in homes, this initiative will provide an opportunity for the ESC to continue to work in partnership and support electrical-related fire prevention schemes which will work to influence safety standards and change behaviours to help keep people safe.

The activity will also give local consumer safety bodies a further opportunity to support government’s national fire prevention campaigns.
