We want you to be involved in our national road safety seminar in Manchester in March 2014. If you would like to present at the seminar – get in touch.

About the seminar

The seminar will focus on the inequalities in road collisions among children and young people, in particular those from disadvantaged areas.

Showcase your road safety initiatives

Kevin Lowe, Head of Consultancy Services at CAPT said:

“We are looking for presentations covering examples of road safety initiatives that have been designed specifically to address inequalities – particularly the disproportionate rates of road accidents among children and young people in disadvantaged areas.

“The aim is showcase work from around the country and to provide a forum to discuss inequalities and road safety in relation to children, young people and their families.”

Who should attend?

The seminar is funded by the Department for Transport (DfT) and aimed at road safety professionals, but will also be of interest to people working in public health.
