LGA knowledge hub launched
The Local Government Association (LGA) has created an online knowledge hub for those working in local government so that professionals can share knowledge and information online.
Users can share documents online, join online groups relevant to their work area and take part in online chats.
The site is open to anyone with an interest in local government to register.
If non local authority organisations want to use the groups function, they need to do pay to do so. Alternatively, if they partner with a local authority, it's free to use this function which is available from April 2012.
